Sausage Sauerkraut Dish
The secret is out,
and now you can make one of our prized recipes! This dish is
an excellent blend of sauerkraut and Polish Sausage for a truly East
European flavor.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Sautee onion
and garlic in butter over medium high heat until onion is tender.

Add onion and
garlic, salt, black pepper, and sugar to sauerkraut in either a
large pot over low heat or a crock pot. Stir occasionally.

Meanwhile,
simmer Polish Sausage in water for 15 minutes. Remove from water
then slice into ¾ inch slices, and add to sauerkraut. Let simmer
for 20 minutes then serve.
