Directions:
1.)
Preheat oven to 350°. Butter two 9x9 pans.
2.)
Place apple chunks in large bowl and combine with brown sugar.
Next, incorporate the cranberry sauce.
3.)
Using a sharp knife, remove the casings from the Swedish Sausage
Rings. Place one each into the buttered pans, then distribute the
apple-cranberry mixture on and around the sausages.
4.)
Cover each pan with tinfoil and bake for 45 minutes, then remove
tinfoil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
